Frequently Asked Questions

Questions and answers

Good questions, straight answers.

What DpCommand is, what it changes for agencies and the businesses they serve, and how control stays with people. Some questions are worth asking. A few answer themselves once you see how the platform works.

The platform

What DpCommand is, and is not.

What is DpCommand?

An operating platform for organic-search programs on WordPress. It keeps the structure your website should have (services, markets, templates, fields and page relationships) in its own database, uses AI to produce content inside that structure, routes it through human approval, publishes it to WordPress in controlled batches and records what Google crawls and indexes. One system, from opportunity to evidence.

Isn’t this just ChatGPT or Claude with extra steps?

ChatGPT and Claude write text. That is one step out of nine. DpCommand runs the rest: assessing the opportunity, structuring the content, validating it, rendering it into approved templates, publishing it to WordPress and observing what search engines do with it. Comparing them to DpCommand is like comparing a pen to a publishing house.

Why WordPress?

Because it is where most service businesses and their agencies already run their websites. WordPress serves the public site. DpCommand runs its own database and processing behind it, so you keep a familiar, widely supported platform and gain an operating system on top of it.

We already use Semrush, Ahrefs, Rank Math or Yoast. Do we have to give them up?

Keep them. Those are search-intelligence tools and page-level SEO plugins. DpCommand is the content-operations and publishing system that acts on what they tell you. Readiness checks actually expect Rank Math to be active.

What happens to our website if we stop using DpCommand?

It keeps working. DpCommand publishes ordinary WordPress content to hosting you own. Your pages are not locked inside a proprietary page builder, so there is nothing to migrate out of and nothing held hostage.

This sounds complicated.

The complexity already exists. Today it is spread across WordPress, spreadsheets, AI tools, writers and SEO platforms. DpCommand puts it in one place and turns it into repeatable workflows. Each person learns the workflows their role uses, not the whole platform.

For agencies

More scope per person, same agency.

How does DpCommand help an agency grow?

It changes how much digital-market scope each person on your team can manage. Standardized workflows replace page-by-page production, so multi-city, multi-state and franchise programs that are hard to deliver by hand become practical to propose and to run.

Will DpCommand replace my writers and SEO staff?

It replaces the repetitive part of their week, not the people. Your team still decides markets, topics, messaging, approvals and strategy. What goes away is copying prompts between tools, manual page setup, repeated metadata entry and formatting.

If DpCommand automates so much, won’t I bill less?

Only if you sell hours. DpCommand lets you package programs around managed markets, locations, production and monitoring. Lower delivery effort becomes margin or capacity for more clients, and you set the price.

Will DpCommand sell to my clients?

No. DpCommand and its resellers do not sell to an agency’s clients or contact them about replacing the agency. You own the client relationship, the strategy, the pricing and the margin. DpCommand powers your agency; it does not compete with it.

Do we have to manage thousands of pages?

Only if thousands are justified. DpCommand gives you capacity, not a page quota. The right number of pages comes from your client’s real services, markets and customer searches, whether that is a hundred or several thousand.

Our clients are all different. Will they end up looking the same?

They should not, and they will not. DpCommand standardizes the operating framework, not the client’s identity. Each client keeps its own templates, topics, keywords, geography, prompts and strategy.

What happens when someone on our team leaves?

The program stays. Client structure, templates, keywords, content, publishing state and history live in the platform, not in one person’s spreadsheets and memory.

What do we tell clients about DpCommand?

“Our services are powered by DpCommand.” It tells clients your agency operates with a purpose-built platform behind its work, while your agency stays the strategist and the accountable partner.

Why does my agency staff require training before being allowed access?

For the same reason a pilot trains before taking the controls: DpCommand doesn’t edit one page, it runs your clients’ websites. From day one, your operators can generate content in bulk, apply it to pages and publish to client WordPress sites in batches. Training makes sure each person knows how to use the controls that keep that work safe: setting management authority for each client, approving content, previewing before publishing and pacing writes to what a client’s server can handle. Each person learns the workflows their role uses, not the whole platform, so training is quick. Your clients’ sites are never someone’s first practice run.

For multi-location businesses

Coverage that matches your real footprint.

What does a multi-location business get from DpCommand?

Consistent, relevant coverage for the searches your customers actually make, by service, location, problem and question. New markets reuse a proven structure, brand standards stay central and a better page structure can roll through every relevant page at once.

Isn’t hundreds of pages just spam?

Spam is volume without a reason. A DpCommand page starts from a real service, a real market and a real customer search, is built from data about that market and is approved by a person before it goes live. Page count is an output of strategy, never the strategy itself.

Will Google penalize AI-assisted content?

Google has said it evaluates content on whether it helps people, not on how it was produced. DpCommand is built around that standard: real opportunities, differentiated content and human approval. And because no one can promise what a search engine will do, DpCommand reports what Google actually crawls and indexes instead of asking you to take it on faith.

Will anyone read all those pages?

They do not need to. A customer sees the one page that matches the search that brought them to your site. Every relevant page is another front door, not another chapter.

We don’t have an office in every city. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Service-area pages describe where you actually provide service. They do not invent a physical location, and DpCommand does not pretend otherwise.

We already rank for our company name. Why do more?

Ranking for your name means people who already know you can find you. Growth comes from people searching for the service before they know which company to call.

Do we keep ownership of our website?

Always. Your domain, hosting, theme, navigation, branding and analytics accounts remain yours at every level of management. DpCommand access can be granted and revoked without transferring ownership.

Why keep paying after the pages are built?

Because the market does not freeze when a page goes live. Rankings move, competitors change, links break and search behavior shifts. Organic growth is an operating program that is observed, refined and expanded, not a one-time project.

Can you guarantee rankings?

No, and anyone who does is guessing. Search engines decide what they index and rank, and results vary by market, competition and site authority. What you get is disciplined execution and reporting that separates what was published from what Google indexed and what is performing.

For resellers

A local business built around agencies.

What does an Authorized DpCommand Reseller do?

Resellers develop agency relationships in a defined territory, demonstrate DpCommand in person, help agencies stand up and give first-line support. They operate under their own business name, for example “ABC Digital Solutions, Licensed DpCommand Reseller.”

How do resellers earn?

From several sources: onboarding fees charged to the agencies they bring on, their own professional services such as training, implementation and consulting, and a recurring share of eligible subscription revenue from their agencies. Resellers pay DpCommand a standup fee for each agency activated.

Why would an agency need a reseller?

A capable product still needs a credible path from “interesting” to “operational.” Resellers provide in-person demonstration, help through standup and support close to the agency. The program is deliberately not a click-to-buy purchase.

How does territory protection work?

A territory is a defined set of ZIP codes. An agency is attributed by the ZIP code of its headquarters, wherever its clients are. Protection covers developing agency accounts, depends on performance and good standing, and productive resellers can add adjacent ZIP codes.

Program terms are being finalized

This section describes the intended reseller program. It is not an offer of a license or a territory. Fees, commission eligibility, payment timing and territory rules will be set out in the reseller agreement and territory schedule.

Trust and control

AI drafts. People decide.

Will AI publish to our website on its own?

No. Generation and publishing are separate steps. Content is generated, reviewed, approved, applied to a page, rendered and published as distinct actions, each one started by a person. There is no single “generate and publish” button.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

DpCommand never assumes AI output is correct. Preflight checks catch missing content, unresolved fields and malformed output, higher-risk material such as external resources gets additional validation and nothing is used until your team approves it. Rejecting a draft costs nothing; it simply never ships.

Could DpCommand damage an existing WordPress site?

You decide how much it touches. Management authority is set site by site: Intelligence makes no changes at all, Growth leaves core pages untouched and Managed covers only structures that follow the DpCommand content model. Readiness checks do not change your content, DpCommand uses a dedicated login that cannot reach ordinary WordPress settings and you set the write rate your server can sustain.

Who controls what gets published?

The agency, and the client through the agency. Strategy, standards, factual accuracy, brand and final approval stay with people. Technology gets no final authority over your brand.

Is one client’s content mixed with another’s?

No. Content and operational data are scoped to each managed website, and administrative and higher-risk functions are restricted by user authorization.

How do we know what was actually done?

Every page carries its lifecycle state, from Produced and Published through Crawled, Indexed, Ranking and Performing. You can see what was created, published, indexed and changed, rather than reading a generic activity report.
