Authorized DpCommand Resellers
Build a local business bringing DpCommand to agencies.
Licensed resellers develop agency relationships in a defined territory, demonstrate DpCommand in person and help agencies get up and running. You earn from onboarding, from your own professional services and from a recurring share of eligible subscription revenue.
Roles
Three independent businesses, each with a clear job.
DpCommand
Runs the platform
Licenses and operates the software, sets subscription terms, bills agencies, pays eligible commissions and provides higher-level product support.
Reseller
Develops the market
Builds agency relationships, demonstrates the product in person, helps with implementation, gives first-line support and sells its own professional services.
Agency
Serves the clients
Subscribes directly to DpCommand, runs its own agency business and owns its client relationships.
How resellers earn
Revenue from several sources, plus one cost.
Agency onboarding
You charge each agency you bring on for onboarding and standup.
Professional services
Training, implementation, consulting and migration, at prices you set.
Recurring commission
A share of eligible recurring subscription revenue from your agencies, which can grow as they move to larger plans.
Standup fee
A cost: you pay DpCommand a fee for each agency that is activated.
Territory
A protected area to develop agency accounts.
- Your territory is a defined set of ZIP codes.
- An agency is attributed to you by the ZIP code of its headquarters. Where its clients are located does not change that.
- Protection covers developing agency accounts. It is not exclusivity over every business in the area.
- Continued protection depends on performance and good standing. Productive resellers can add adjacent ZIP codes.
Your business, your name
An independent business, not a branch.
- You operate under your own business name, for example “ABC Digital Solutions, Licensed DpCommand Reseller”.
- You decide your staffing, hours, marketing, other products and the prices of your own services.
- Selling is in person. The program does not use a self-service, click-to-buy model.
- The program is designed to include product training, certification, demo support, sales and onboarding materials, and escalation paths for support.
Fit
Who makes a strong reseller?
Agency relationships
You already know the SEO, digital and marketing agencies in your market, or can build those relationships.
Consultative selling
You are comfortable demonstrating software in person and explaining an operating model.
Implementation support
You can help agencies stand up and give first-line support, or build a team that can.
Program terms are being finalized
This page describes the intended reseller program. It is not an offer of a license or a territory. Fees, commission eligibility, payment timing and territory rules will be set out in the reseller agreement and territory schedule, and any figures shared in conversation are illustrations, not earnings forecasts or guarantees.
