How it works
From service and location structure to evidence in search.
DpCommand keeps the content your website should have in its own database: templates, fields, geography, generated content and page relationships. WordPress serves the public site. AI produces content inside that structure, and people approve it before anything is published.
The operating sequence
Nine steps, run as one system.
Each step has its own controls, and a page moves forward only when the step before it is complete.
Assess the opportunity
Map the services, markets, customer needs and topics that justify a page.
Structure the content
Define templates, fields, reusable components and the geography each page belongs to.
Generate
AI-assisted production fills the structure, within the prompts and rules you set.
Validate
Preflight checks catch missing content, unresolved fields and malformed output.
Render
Approved content is applied to its template so every page is complete before it ships.
Publish
Controlled publishing to WordPress, in batches you select and can watch.
Observe search
Google Search Console inspection records what Google has crawled and indexed.
Measure
Each page carries its lifecycle state, so reports reflect evidence rather than activity.
Improve
Change a template or component once and roll it through every page that uses it.
Structure
Controlled variation rather than page spinning.
Pages share a structure but not their substance. Variation comes from real data about each service and market.
Templates and fields
Reusable page templates give consistent structure. Structured fields hold the content that changes from page to page.
Structured geography
City, metro, state and wider regions are data. Content is written once at the level where it belongs and reused below it.
Reusable components
Service features, local resources, external references and calls to action are maintained once and placed where they fit.
Production and review
AI does the drafting. People stay accountable.
- Generated content is stored as versioned assets, separate from the live site.
- Your team reviews and approves content before it is applied to a page.
- Prompts and system instructions are managed centrally, not in individual habits.
- AI providers have usage limits, rate limits and outages. DpCommand is built to resume work rather than start over.
Publishing to WordPress
Bulk work with the controls bulk work needs.
- Explicit selection of what will change, with preview where practical.
- Progress reporting, failure handling and runs that can resume.
- Reconciliation between what DpCommand says should exist and what WordPress holds.
- The website owner sets the write rate their server can sustain. DpCommand works within it.
Page lifecycle
Six states, tracked separately.
Produced
Content exists and is approved
Published
Live on the WordPress site
Crawled
Google has visited the URL
Indexed
Eligible to appear in results
Ranking
Appearing for target searches
Performing
Earning clicks and leads
Publication and an indexing request are steps, not results. Search engines decide what they crawl, index and rank, and Google quotas and permissions limit how fast some checks can run. DpCommand records where each page stands so progress is measured honestly.
Management authority
Decide how much DpCommand manages, site by site.
Authority is set separately for Pages and Posts and enforced by the platform, so a site is only changed where you have allowed it.
Intelligence
Read-only Pages and Posts
DpCommand inventories, monitors and analyzes the site and reports problems and opportunities. It makes no changes.
Growth
Read-only Pages, managed Posts
Existing core pages stay as they are while DpCommand builds and manages new content alongside them.
Managed
Managed Pages and Posts
DpCommand manages the Page and Post structures that follow its content model, from generation to lifecycle.
